Goucher College uses EMS Software to schedule rooms across campus for events, meetings, and classes. With this software users can: (1) See what activities are scheduled at a certain time in a certain room (2) Request a room for a meeting or event (3) Request that the room be set up in a specific configuration for an event (4) Request special services in addition to the room, such as audio/visual equipment, security personnel, or special furniture requests
